Credit Cards: I accept Visa and Master Card, money orders and personal checks (5 day holding period.) Please call with credit card information and do not send your credit card number via email.
Shipping: I ship UPS when possible, insured unless otherwise requested. Depending on the weight, this can vary between $8 – 25. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
Special Orders: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on all special orders.
Layaway: Layaways require a 25% non-refundable initial deposit. The remaining balance to be paid within 90 days.
Return policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your Kislingbear, you must let me know within 5 days. Return shipping and insurance is to be paid by the customer on any returned bear.
